WiredWhite GmbH is running a Blog Writing Contest Activity (further referred to as Activity) in the time period from 26.04.2025 until 31.12.2025 inclusive. Individuals participating in this Activity within the stated time period are eligible to receive the price of 1000€ (further referred to as Giveaway) transferred to their private account, provided they fully meet the eligibility requirements set out below.

The individual participating must have completed their 18th year of life and be an active Partner on the WiredWhite Platform.

Participation in the Activity is free of charge.

The following procedure applies to participants who are eligible to participate in accordance with section 1 of these Terms and Conditions:

In order to participate in the Activity, the respective participant must first have duly published at least one technical article on wiredwhite.com that fulfills all requirements outlined in the article specifications (further referred to as Requirements):

by 31.10.2025, 23:59 o’clock UTM+1 at the latest. A simple publication of at least one technical article in English language is enough to enter the pool of candidates for the Giveaway.

If the submitted article does not meet the technical article Requirements, the participant might receive a message on the platform and will be given the opportunity to resubmit the improved article. If the participant’s article still does not meet the technical article Requirements, no participation will be granted. The participant shall bear the burden of proof that a corresponding notification has not been made.

Cash payment is not possible. Participation in the Activity by post or email or any other means is excluded. Only a publication on the platform is a valid means of participation: https://wiredwhite.com/store-manager/articles/ 

The participant is responsible for checking his/her Messages on the WiredWhite platform. WiredWhite GmbH is not liable for any failure by participants to log in to the platform or to check their messages on the platform, unless these are due to a deliberate or grossly negligent breach of duty by WiredWhite GmbH or a legal representative or vicarious agent of WiredWhite GmbH.

The winner will be chosen in a transparent voting by the community no later than by 31.12.2025 and notified via a message on the platform.

The winner selection will only be made if all conditions of participation have been met and information required to process the winner selection has been provided truthfully and completely by the participant and all necessary data have been received by 31.10.2025 at the latest.

After successful verification of all data, a message will be sent to the winner. The payout amount will be transferred to the participant’s bank account or PayPal* within 28 days from the date of receipt of payment information. The sum can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal and can only be paid out if the bank/payment details are complete and correct. The participant’s payment information is required for the payment of the Giveaway. There is no entitlement to payment of the Giveaway if the data submitted is incomplete, illegible or otherwise defective or incorrect.

The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the payment details. If the respective Giveaway cannot be transferred to the specified account for reasons for which WiredWhite GmbH is not responsible, WiredWhite GmbH is not obliged to make a new attempt.

*PayPal is a registered trademark of PayPal. All product names mentioned on www.wiredwhite.com are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Only private individuals (consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB) aged 18 and over are entitled to participate in the Activity. Participation is only possible under one’s own name. Participation under someone else’s name, in particular by sweepstake agencies, as well as participation with the help of automatically generated mass mailings is not permitted. Employees of the companies involved in the organization and implementation of the Activity and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation by all other entrepreneurs within the meaning of §14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), their employees, relatives and/or participation by companies on behalf of individuals is also excluded.

Participants whose fulfillment of the participation conditions, as stated in section 2 of this document, have been reversed (e.g. in the event of content deletion) are also excluded from the Activity. WiredWhite GmbH reserves the right to check for reversed conditions of participation after at least 12 months have passed since the end of the participation period. If a reverse of a participation condition has taken place although the Giveaway payment has been made, WiredWhite GmbH has the right to claim this. The participant is obliged to comply with this request and refund the Giveaway payment received.

WiredWhite GmbH is also entitled to exclude individual participants from the Activity – even retrospectively – if there is reasonable suspicion that they are using or have used unauthorized aids (e.g. bots, AI or automated scripts) to participate in the Activity or that they are attempting to gain advantages for themselves or third parties in any other way that does not comply with the rules by manipulating or misrepresenting facts or otherwise influencing the Activity negatively or contrary to the conditions of participation.

In the event of justified exclusion from the Activity, any claims of the excluded participant shall lapse, even if the Giveaway payment has already been confirmed or made. In such a case, WiredWhite GmbH also has the right to reject confirmed Giveaway payments and to reclaim any amounts already paid.

Legal recourse is excluded (Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners and any judging of the competition entries submitted). The Activity is subject exclusively to German law. WiredWhite GmbH reserves the right to cancel or modify the Activity at any time. Payment will only be made if the participant fulfills these conditions. By publishing an article on the platform, the participant agrees to these conditions.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the participant warrants that he/she is the owner of his/her article content and that there are is no plagiarism or third-party claims on the article text. WiredWhite GmbH accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected participation requests except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. WiredWhite GmbH accepts no responsibility or liability for technical errors or hardware, software, server, website or other errors or damage of any kind.

All taxes are included in the Giveaway. If this is a taxable gain, any possible tax liability and obligation lies with the recipient. Any bank costs or PayPal fees that arise from the transaction will be covered by the recipient.

Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid or should there be a loophole, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

The organizer is responsible for all personal data collected via the Partner registration form. The organizer will only process your personal data for the purposes of conducting the Activity, reviewing, processing and fulfilling claims, handling disputes, investigating fraud and invalid claims and (if you have given your consent) for marketing purposes.
