Hallo,

I am Monirul Islam, Development & design Engineer of Electric motor for construction Machineries.

Since 2014 to now, I have been working in various companies and developing motors for specific applications. As a Development Engineer, I am very opting for deep knowledge of electrical motor and Motor Drive for construction machinery, E-Mobility and house hold applications

After my M.Sc. degree in Electrical and information Engineering from University of KIEL, Germany, I am working as Development Engineer for Electric motor of power tools manufacturing at Hilti Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH , Kaufering, Bavaria.. Before that I had been working 7 years in a row at WALTON Hi-Tech industries ltd. since 2014 as technical project manager.

Motor and Drive Design & Simulation, develop innovative concepts for components and assemblies, Project management, Motor testing, sourcing of raw material and machine, teamwork activity and independent task management are daily parts of my work life for BLDC and IM motor application. I have also sound knowledge of Manufacturing technic and product method to develop a product from manual and automatic production line. For 10 years professional experience, I work as international working environment and coordinate with internal and external supplier to sourcing and development of product and materials.
