Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d) – Remote

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d) to help us acquire new engineering projects.

Your Tasks:

• Active Sales: Build and expand a customer base through targeted prospecting and acquisition.
• Customer & Project Analysis: Analyse customer needs and project requirements to identify the right solutions and opportunities.
• Negotiation & Closing: Manage the entire sales process, from initial acquisition to successfully closing the deal.
• KPI-Driven Approach: Work towards clear targets and grow with every challenge.
• What Sets You Apart: You are not simply working in sales — you act as a strategic partner at eye level with our customers and represent our company’s philosophy and values.

Your Profile:

• Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to persuade — whether digitally, by phone, or in person.
• Ambition, drive, and enthusiasm for real sales and taking on responsibility.
• A target-oriented mindset and confidence working with KPIs; you stay motivated and resilient even when facing setbacks.
• Strong written and spoken English skills. Good German language skills are an advantage.
• Initial experience in sales or another customer-facing role is an advantage.
• A completed degree in engineering or another technical field is helpful, but applicants with other academic backgrounds are also welcome.
