I suppose that a requirement for a position in your company is to possess excellent analytical skills, fluency in written and spoken English, completed university degree, strong ability to plan and meet deadlines, which I am ensured that will not be a problem. My newest job position is Electrical engineering manager & Project manager in JSC Macedonian power plants, where I am responsible for managing the Electrical engineering department in the Thermal Power Plant, and electrical maintenance of LV, MV electrical equipment, PLC’s and automation, lighting, implementing Smart lighting modules, and in the end energy efficiency. I was assigned the Project manager position in June 2021, and am responsible for the technical details and supervision of the Solar plant project that is supposed to be built in REK Bitola. These positions involve development of technical documentation, budget planning, work optimization, and management of people, subcontractors and project management. As CAD engineer at Kromberg & Schubert Macedonia, I was responsible for the technical drawings of electrical installations mainly for Mercedes vehicles. This position also involved budget planning, optimization of the working process and elimination of errors in the production process. Before that, I was working as Process Planning Engineer at Kromberg & Schubert Macedonia, where my obligations were to plan and optimize the production process, in order to achieve higher productivity. It also involves obligations like control of the production programs, providing technical documentation, managing of the employees involved in the production process, daily registration of the production process, choosing new workers and requalification, which I fulfilled professionally and always on time. Although I don’t have much experience in the production sphere, it is not a problem for me to blend into any environment very quickly. As it is mentioned in my CV, my employment in a mobile operator gave me the opportunity to learn about maintaining automatic control systems and electrical systems, working with highly sophisticated telecom equipment like BTS, BSC, microwave links, routers, switches, various types of cables etc. I have also been given tasks to control how subcontractors work, and ensure that all quality standards are fulfilled. Therefore, I have experience in organizing work, fault prediction and fault elimination. My moto is: “Always get the job done highly professionally and on time”. My working experience as SEO copywriter has given me a lot of experience in this field, and recently I was hired as Project Manager for two startup online businesses for USA companies. My job was to develop and organize the overall process (sourcing products, organizing logistics and transport of goods, defining price of products, organizing the content and architecture of the websites and many other tasks). These two websites were fully functional and were working with minimal supervision, but have generated huge income.These two websites were working on Magento and WordPress. Also, I have been working as Software review specialist for several companies.

Working with numbers has always been my biggest advantage towards others, and one of the main reasons why I will easily fit. Organizing timing and cost and fulfill my goal to meet defined targets, will be my primary goal. Wherever I work, people and colleagues always recognize authority in me, therefore keeping up the team organized and compact is always among my highest priorities.
