We are seeking a highly skilled professional for a role involving the planning and execution of Finite Element Method (FEM) simulations for a 48-volt system. The ideal candidate will have expertise in aligning simulations with existing measurement data, conducting performance evaluations, and testing sub-functions of the system, particularly the electrical machine and inverter. Additionally, the role requires the application of machine knowledge to drive technology and the ability to perform electromagnetic design for optimal system performance. Your tasks:
Planning and Execution of FEM Simulations:
- Develop a detailed plan for Finite Element Method (FEM) simulations of the 48-volt system.
- Conduct the planned simulations to analyze the electromagnetic properties of the system.
Alignment with Measurement Data and Performance Verification:
- Integrate existing measurement data into the simulation to ensure an accurate representation of real-world conditions.
- Verify simulation results for performance and align them with the available measurement data.
Verification and Testing of Sub-Functions:
- Scrutinize sub-functions of the 48-volt system, particularly the electrical machine and inverter.
- Perform tests to ensure each sub-function operates optimally and meets the specified requirements.
Application of Machine Knowledge to Drive Technology:
- Utilize your expertise in electromagnetic machines and apply it specifically to the drive technology of the 48-volt system.
- Optimize drive technology considering electromagnetic aspects.
Electromagnetic Design:
- Conduct a comprehensive electromagnetic design to ensure that the 48-volt system adheres to required electromagnetic standards.
- Identify potential improvements or adjustments to enhance electromagnetic performance.
