Vision: We envision a future where traditional full-time employment models are replaced by a more dynamic and flexible work structure. In this future, companies will primarily collaborate with freelancers and outsource their projects to highly skilled professionals. To support this shift, we are creating a closed professional network where engineers can find job opportunities, collaborate seamlessly using integrated project management tools, and conduct secure transactions with built-in fraud protection and invoicing systems. Our goal is to revolutionize the way engineering work is done, making it more efficient and accessible for both companies and professionals.
WiredWhite also believes that engineers in the future will demand workation models, allowing them to work while traveling as digital nomads. Engineers will no longer want to be bound to one location but instead will utilize coworking spaces wherever they are. Companies, in response, will reduce their office spaces, moving beyond desk-sharing concepts to fully supporting remote work structures. We foresee companies covering coworking space costs for freelancers as part of their operational models. Taking this vision to its extreme, we believe that in the future, full-time employment as it exists today will become virtually obsolete, making way for a new era of flexible, project-based engineering work.
Our Story:
WiredWhite was founded by four highly qualified individuals with advanced degrees in engineering and international business. Two of our founders hold Dr.-Ing. degrees and have extensive experience mentoring students at the university level. Their background in academia has given them deep insight into the challenges faced by aspiring engineers, as well as the best methods to train and develop technical expertise.
Through years of professional experience at leading companies such as Siemens, GE, Bosch, and VW, our founders repeatedly encountered the same fundamental problems:
A severe shortage of qualified engineers in the market
Lengthy and inefficient hiring processes that delay project execution
Geographic limitations that make it difficult to find and relocate the right talent
A lack of effective tools for managing external consultants and remote teams
The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic further highlighted these inefficiencies, as remote work became the norm and companies struggled to adapt. Recognizing this gap in the industry, our founders conceived the idea of an online platform that enables engineers to connect, collaborate, and work on projects efficiently, regardless of their location.
Success Story (Milestones)
Between 2023 and now, WiredWhite GmbH was officially founded, laying the foundation for an innovative engineering platform. We successfully achieved proof of concept with our first customers and partners, validating our business model and approach. Our efforts were recognized by the Bavarian government, and we secured ‘Digital Bonus Plus’ funding for the development of an AI-powered EdTech application—marking a significant milestone in our journey.

Additionally, our founders bring long-term industry experience, having worked for over a decade at major engineering companies such as Siemens, GE, VW, and Bosch.
