Description of skills |
I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering in 2021. During my time at the university, I was part of a research lab where I worked from my second year till my final year as an assistant to the professor. I’ve had hands-on experience with Matlab, Simulink, Machine learning, C++, Python, Computer vision, and signal processing all as a part of my modules. My bachelor’s project was the design and development of a cost-effective EEG headset for BCI (Brain-Computer Interface) implementation. As such, I worked on the signal acquisition and amplification circuitry (Simulink), I then worked on processing and filtering the signal to use it as training data for the machine learning algorithm (Matlab, python for filtering). I’ve coached and tutored others before during my time at the university, including my peers as well as my underclassmen. I am as proficient in English as a native and can understand a few basics of german as well (I’ve been learning german over the last year). I was also the team lead for my final year project which helped me learn how to explain challenging concepts of the project to others and coach my team members on the direction of the project.
