In this article we would like to demonstrate how our Partners can organize and access Online Meetings with a customer.
Purpose of Online Meetings
Online Meetings on our platform are used for a variety of purposes. First, when a student customer is approaching you, he usually wants to get to know you with a 15-minutes Free Consultation Call.
Secondly, once the student is convinced about taking Online Private Tutoring lessons from you. The online video calls are the environment where the coaching takes place.
Thirdly, in case you are applying for industry projects, and we are interested in your candidature, we would invite you for an online interview call for the position.
How To Access a Scheduled Call
When a student schedules a Free Consultation Call or a regular Private Tutoring lesson with you, a notification is sent to you in your messages. This message contains date and time of your meeting.
To access the online call, you simply need to click the phone icon in the conversation with your customer.
There are two ways to access the conversation:
- Either click the messages icon in the top header.
- Alternatively, you can find the same icon under “My Messages” in the menu on the left-hand side.
At this point you should be seeing a full list of all your previous conversations. Just click on the conversation with the user you are about to talk to.
Other Useful Online Meetings Features
Our integrated meeting system offers numerous useful features. Just to name a few:
- Whiteboard: use the interactive whiteboard to illustrate things to your student in live modus.
- Call recording and sharing: you can record the session with your customer. Additionally, you can have it automatically sent to all call participants.
- “Ring-ring” function: if you have entered the call first and are waiting for your customer to join, we have integrated a function calling your customer as soon as you are in the call. It obviously also works vice-versa.
