Intern at Ibrahim Fibers Ltd, FaisalabadDuring my internship, I gained hands-on experience in polyester production and power generation. I worked with spinning, drawlines, HVAC systems, and 3-pass fire tube boilers, as well as German HRSG, gas turbines, and 100 MW engine-based power generation systems.

Freelance 3D Designer and Technical Writer on UpworkAs a freelancer, I developed comprehensive technical documentation and created precise 3D models for diverse client projects. All-Terrain Vehicle RWD (SMME Piston Cup)

• Led the Drive-Train team through the design and fabrication process of a BAJA SAE vehicle.
• Utilized a 15 hp engine and CVT transmission to achieve a top speed of 40 km/h.
• Conducted design analysis on the chassis and gained insights into double wishbone suspension geometry.

2D-CNC Plotter

• Designed and executed a 2D plotter using Arduino UNO, stepper motors, and CNC drivers.
